Job Description

Job Summary

Our client is a leading aerospace manufacturer focused on precision engineering and advanced production. The organization offers opportunities to support electrical assembly and integration of aircraft components in a highly technical environment.

The Electrical Assembler is responsible for assembling, installing, and testing electrical systems and components including wire harnesses, cables, and electro-mechanical assemblies. Work is performed in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulatory standards.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Perform crimping, soldering, and wire routing for electrical assemblies and wire harnesses.

Use hand tools and equipment such as AMP, DMC, and Molex crimpers to meet IPC-620 standards.

Solder through-hole PC boards and D-sub connectors.

Apply Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) prevention methods in electronics assembly.

Use test equipment such as signal generators, oscilloscopes, and voltmeters to troubleshoot electrical systems.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and geometric tolerances.

Perform basic math calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, geometry, and algebra.

Use calipers and other basic measuring tools to verify components.

Maintain compliance with company safety and substance policies.

Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Salary Range

$20.00 - $35.00 Hourly

Requirements:

2+ years of electrical assembly experience and/or equivalent military electrical or avionics experience. Candidates should have experience working with wiring, harnesses, connectors, schematics, electrical components, or aircraft electrical systems in a production, manufacturing, maintenance, or military environment.
