Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electronic components and systems with precision and efficiency. Your expertise in electronics assembly, schematic reading, and the use of hand tools will contribute to the production of high-quality electro-mechanical products. Responsibilities Assemble electronic components and devices following detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Use hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and surface mount technology (SMT) processes to accurately build electrical panels and assemblies. Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and IPC 610 standards to ensure proper assembly and quality compliance. Conduct electrical wiring, PCB (Printed Circuit Board) installation, and surface mount component placement with precision. Perform troubleshooting on electro-mechanical components using testing equipment such as ohmmeters and multimeters. Assist in mechanical assembly tasks, including machining and fitting parts according to blueprint specifications. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment while adhering to manufacturing standards. Qualifications Proven experience in electronics assembly, including soldering, PCB handling, and electrical wiring, mechanical assembly Strong understanding of SOP, and process, instructions and interpretation of such documents. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and testing instruments such as ohmmeters effectively. Experience with electrical and mechanical assembly, and troubleshooting electro-mechanical components. Excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to follow blueprint specifications accurately. Join us in creating innovative electronic solutions that make a difference! Pay:
$19.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
