$20.00•$23.00 per hour (based on experience) Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical components and systems according to specifications, schematics, and blueprints. This role requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a commitment to quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Assemble electrical components, panels, and wiring systems according to schematics and work instructions Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings Perform point-to-point wiring, cable routing, and harness assembly Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure functionality and quality standards Troubleshoot and resolve basic electrical or assembly issues Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1-3 years of electrical assembly or related experience preferred Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints Experience with wiring, soldering, crimping, and cable assembly Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills Experience in manufacturing or production environments Familiarity with electrical codes and standards Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Mechanical aptitude and steady hand-eye coordination Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Good manual dexterity and vision for detailed work Benefits (if applicable) Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth and advancement #1022
