SOLDERING IS YOUR SUPERPOWER, KEEP READING.
We're looking for experienced Soldering Technicians who take pride in clean joints, steady hands, and high‑quality electronic builds. This role is all about precision — not rushing, not guesswork, and definitely not production chaos. If you enjoy microscope work, detailed rework, and building electronics the right way, this is the kind of job you'll actually want to stay at.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Perform fine‑pitch soldering on PCBs under a microscope Assemble and rework surface‑mount and through‑hole components Follow diagrams, work orders, and engineering instructions Apply flux, clean solder joints, and prep surfaces to spec Perform advanced rework, modifications, and electronic repairs Follow ESD/MSD handling procedures Use soldering irons, small hand tools, and magnification equipment Maintain accuracy, consistency, and top‑tier quality
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years of hands‑on precision soldering experience (fine‑pitch required) Strong microscope soldering experience Ability to accurately interpret engineering documentation Experience with ESD/MSD procedures Comfortable working independently with strong attention to detail Electronics manufacturing experience (OCuity or similar systems is a plus) High school diploma or technical certification preferred
CERTIFICATIONS

OR ABILITY TO OBTAIN
): IPC‑A‑610 IPC‑J‑STD‑001 IPC‑7711 / IPC‑7721 IPC‑D‑64C
