SMT Operator - Contract Through End of Year Loveland, CO $20.90/Hour Monday-Thursday | 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM Manpower is currently seeking an SMT Operator for a contract opportunity with a manufacturing company in Loveland, CO. This position is expected to run through the end of the year and offers full-time hours, weekly pay, and the opportunity to gain experience in electronics manufacturing. Operate SMT (Surface Mount Technology) equipment used in printed circuit board manufacturing Load materials and monitor machine performance during production runs Perform inspections to ensure products meet quality standards Complete secondary processing and assembly tasks as needed Record production and quality data Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate concerns when necessary Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement activities Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with other production duties as needed What do you bring? High school diploma or GED Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new processes Ability to follow written work instructions Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Interested?
