Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow established quality and safety procedures throughout the assembly process. What We're Looking For Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand or small power tools. Ability to perform detailed work with small components. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Soldering experience is a plus. Training may be available for the right candidate. Ability to distinguish between colors as part of the assembly and inspection process.
