M-F 7am-3:30pm Responsibilities Solder wires, connectors, circuit boards, and small electronic parts Assemble small electronic products by following instructions and drawings Check finished work for quality and defects Use hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, and measuring tools Read work instructions, diagrams, and work orders Complete production and quality paperwork Report assembly or quality issues to supervisors Keep your work area clean and organized Help with testing, inspection, and other production tasks as needed Qualifications Experience with soldering, electronics assembly, cable assembly, or small-part assembly preferred Good hand dexterity and attention to detail Ability to follow written instructions and diagrams Strong focus on quality and accuracy in a manufacturing environment IPC certification or knowledge of soldering standards is a plus, but not required High school diploma or GED preferred
