Weekly Pay Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Weekly Pay Career Growth Opportunities Clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment Position Overview We are seeking Electrical Assemblers (Levels I-IV) to join a leading manufacturer of precision electro-mechanical products serving aerospace, defense, space, industrial, and advanced technology industries. The company specializes in the design and manufacturing of complex rotating electrical systems, slip rings, and integrated electromechanical assemblies used in demanding applications. Assemblers will be responsible for building, wiring, testing, and inspecting electrical and electro-mechanical assemblies while maintaining the highest quality and workmanship standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assemble electrical and electro-mechanical components using engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications. Perform wire preparation, soldering, crimping, routing, and cable termination. Build subassemblies and final assemblies for precision electronic products. Conduct inspections and basic functional testing to ensure product quality. Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and test equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions. Troubleshoot assembly issues and assist with corrective actions as needed. Maintain accurate production and quality documentation. Follow safety procedures and quality standards in a manufacturing environment. Support continuous improvement initiatives and team production goals. Assembler Levels Electrical Assembler I Entry-level position. Assemble components following detailed instructions and training. Learn wiring, soldering, and basic electrical assembly techniques. 0-1 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred. Electrical Assembler II Independently perform standard electrical assembly tasks. Read basic electrical schematics and assembly drawings. Assist with testing and troubleshooting. 1-3 years of related assembly experience preferred. Electrical Assembler III Build complex electrical and electro-mechanical assemblies with limited supervision. Interpret advanced drawings, specifications, and wiring diagrams. Perform troubleshooting, rework, and quality inspections. Mentor and assist junior assemblers. 3-5 years of related experience preferred. Electrical Assembler IV Lead-level assembler responsible for highly complex assemblies and specialty builds. Support engineering and production teams with process improvements. Perform advanced troubleshooting, testing, and product verification. Train team members and provide technical guidance. 5+ years of electrical assembly or aerospace/electronics manufacturing experience preferred. Qualifications Experience with electrical assembly, wiring, soldering, or electro-mechanical assembly is preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work with small components and perform repetitive tasks. Basic computer skills and documentation experience are a plus. Aerospace, defense, electronics manufacturing, or precision assembly experience is highly Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Naples, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
