Job Title:
Electrical Technician Job Description We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reading work orders and reworking connectors, wire terminations, and components built into wire harnesses. Responsibilities Read work orders, diagrams, form boards, and wire lists to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly. Rework connectors, back shells, wire terminations, splices, split rings, lugs, and other components within wire harnesses. Wrap and tie wires, ensuring secure and efficient assembly. Route wires and change routing and breakouts as needed. Perform electrical tests to ensure functionality and compliance. Complete associated paperwork accurately and efficiently. Essential Skills Experience in wire harness assembly and working with aircraft components. Minimum of 1 year of aircraft electrical experience. Ability to repair and troubleshoot electrical components. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of electrical testing methods. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing paperwork. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
