The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electronic components and assembly processes, with the ability to read schematics and utilize various tools. Additionally this candidate should work well as part of a team and communicate well with other team memebers and management. This role involves soldering leads to cirquit boards, assembling electronic devices, ensuring quality control, and adhering to safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assemble electronic components and devices according to specifications and schematics. Utilize power tools, soldering equipment, and measuring instruments such as calipers and ohmmeters for precise assembly. Fabricate parts as needed to meet production requirements. Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure functionality and compliance with standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the assembly process, applying mechanical knowledge effectively. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Requirements Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics. Experience with soldering techniques, including through hole soldering Familiarity with electrical components and assembly processes. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools effectively. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in electronic assembly or a related field is preferred but not required.
