Aerospace/Defense Cable & Wire Harness Assembler/Solder Pinellas Park, FL. $18.00-$22.00 per hour Full-Time Mon- Thurs. 7am - 6pm, 1 hr. lunch. Alliance Workforce is hiring experienced Cable & Wire Harness Assemblers in Pinellas Park. This is a hands-on position for someone with electrical assembly, soldering, cable, or wire harness experience. You will be building components used in aerospace, defense, and other high-performance applications. What You'll Do
- Build and assemble electrical cable and wire harnesses.
- Cut, strip, crimp, solder, and install connectors.
- Read wiring diagrams and work instructions.
- Perform basic electrical testing and quality checks.
- Use hand tools and production equipment. What We're Looking For
- Cable, wire harness, electrical, or electronics assembly experience.
- Soldering and crimping experience preferred.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
