Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Solderer to join our manufacturing team. This role requires precision and attention to detail as you will be responsible for assembling and soldering components according to schematics and specifications. Hours are Monday through Friday 3PM to 11:30PM or 11:00PM to 7:00 A.M. Must have experience in soldering and electronics assembly. Duties Assemble electronic components and PCBs using soldering techniques, including surface mount technology (SMT). Fabricate and modify parts as necessary to ensure proper fit and function. Utilize electrical tools such as ohmmeters to test and verify connections. Interpret and follow schematics for wiring and assembly processes. Perform routine maintenance on soldering equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and improve assembly processes. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Proficient in surface mount technology and soldering techniques Strong understanding of schematics and electrical wiring Experience in manufacturing environments Familiarity with PCB assembly and programmable logic controllers Knowledge of IPC 610 standards Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools and power tools Experience with measurement tools such as calipers and ohmmeters Applicants must have their own transportation. Pre employment drug screen and background check required.
