• Soldering experience Job Summary Accurately and efficiently assembles and tests products to meet customer quality standards and on-time delivery schedules.

May perform lock wiring, first-stage subassembly, and final detailing on routine assignments requiring limited judgment. Actively contributes to lean initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs while working under direct supervision. Essential Duties 1. Perform basic assembly and testing using mechanical skills, hand and power tools, electronic tools, test equipment, assembly fixtures, and inspection equipment in a manufacturing environment. 2. Record test results using basic electrical equipment and flow meters. 3. Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, service bulletins, customer requirements, and quality directives. 4. Produce and inspect assemblies to ensure they meet product specifications and customer/industry standards. 5. Perform touch-up or full-surface painting of parts using finishing materials such as paint, lacquer, and glaze. Mix paint and clean parts as needed. 6. Participate in lean initiatives by identifying opportunities for process improvement. 7. Follow all safety rules and maintain a Foreign Object Damage (FOD
