Mechanical Assembler / Assembly & Test Technician Direct Hire 1st

Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Assembler to assemble, test, and inspect mechanical and electromechanical products in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must have a stable work history, strong mechanical aptitude, and experience reading blueprints and using hand tools.

Responsibilities:

Assemble and test mechanical and electromechanical products Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions Use hand tools, power tools, electrical test equipment, and measuring instruments Record test results and inspect products to ensure quality standards Perform touch-up painting and finishing as required Follow Lean Manufacturing, safety, and FOD procedures Maintain calibrated equipment and clean work areas

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED (copy required before interview) U.S. Citizenship required Minimum 2+ years of manufacturing/assembly experience Ability to read blueprints and perform basic shop math Basic computer skills Stable work history (job hoppers will not be considered without valid reasons)

Preferred Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in Electronics Technology, Mechanical Technology, or Engineering Soldering experience Mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, machining, or engineering background

Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
