About the Role We are seeking a skilled Lead Electrical Assembler to join a rapidly expanding production facility. In this role, you will guide a team in the fabrication of complex wire harnesses, ensuring that every assembly meets rigorous performance standards and contributes to the overall reliability of our final products. Responsibilities Mentor and lead production staff in the precise assembly of wire harnesses using detailed schematics and technical wiring diagrams. Coordinate with scheduling departments to optimize resource allocation and ensure shift production targets are met. Drive quality assurance by inspecting finished electrical assemblies for accuracy, compliance, and functional integrity. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve assembly challenges to minimize downtime and maintain high output quality. Foster a culture of safety and efficiency by maintaining a highly organized and hazard-free workspace. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in wire harness assembly or electrical manufacturing. Strong ability to interpret complex schematics, blueprints, and technical work instructions. Demonstrated leadership or training experience within a production environment. High attention to detail with a commitment to quality control standards. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement. Technical certification in electrical systems or related trade schooling.
