Full Job Description Summary:
The client needs to hire an assembly and test technician for instrumentation used on the production PIPII SSR1 and LB650
Cryomodules Tasks:
1. Fabrication, assembly, installation and removal of a variety of electrical parts and sub-assemblies. 2. Wiring of custom control interface boxes based on schematics, drawings, and verbal and written instructions. 3. Cable assembly, layout, and termination in terminal blocks or connectors. 4. Instrumentation interface and readout. 5. Written documentation.
Requirements:
1. Soldering experience 2. Proven ability to work from typical electrical schematics used for industrial control systems or equivalent. 3. Ability to use hand and power tools 4. Ability to work on a ladder 5. Be able to lift 15lbs. 6. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills and work in a team environment.
