Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join a well-established manufacturing organization in the Naperville area. This position is responsible for assembling mechanical and electrical components, completing finished products, and ensuring work meets established quality and safety standards. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment and is looking for a stable, long-term position. Responsibilities Assemble a variety of mechanical and electrical components and subassemblies according to established procedures. Perform final assembly of finished products. Clean, inspect, and package completed products for shipment. Assemble additional products and components as needed. Follow work instructions, quality standards, and production procedures. Identify and report defective materials, unusual conditions, or quality concerns to a supervisor. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Assist with additional production and assembly responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year of assembly, manufacturing, production, or related experience preferred. Experience with mechanical and/or electrical assembly is a plus. Basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and quality standards. Must be able to meet applicable pre-employment screening requirements. Bi-Lingual in Spanish is highly preferred
Pay Range:
$22-24 / hr
