What You'll Need to Get the Job Done High school diploma or GED preferred 6 months of assembly experience Able to follow instructions and stay focused Lift 20 lbs and stay on your feet Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Basic communication skills in English (read, write, understand verbal instructions) Ability to work with small parts and perform repetitive tasks Key Responsibilities Pulling caps and cutting wire Assembling electronic components by hand Use tools and equipment safely Inspect for quality and flag issues quickly Keep work areas safe and organized Show up on time, ready to hustle Team up with your crew to hit daily goals Consistent Work.
