Job Description

Job Summary:
We're looking for a hands-on fabricator to assemble high-quality LED lighting components. This role primarily involves soldering electrical connections and accurately cutting aluminum extrusion housings using a dual-bevel compound miter saw. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with tools and basic schematics.

Cutting LED tape light and soldering wire leads to assemble small electronic components Cut aluminum extrusion and plastic lenses to precise lengths using miter saws Interpret basic wiring diagrams, measurements, and part lists Verify product specs, perform quality checks, and ensure proper assembly Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow safety standards Perform routine maintenance on tools and report supply needs Assist with packing and shipping when necessary
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Soldering experience (through-hole or wire-to-board preferred) Comfortable with power tools and precision cutting equipment Familiarity with calipers and measurement tools Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions Basic understanding of electronics and wiring color codes Good manual dexterity and ability to focus on repetitive tasks Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
