Omaima Couture Bridal Consultant Responsibilities:

Creates a warm and welcoming experience for all customers Represent Omaima Couture in a professional manner Work one on one with brides and their bridal parties to find their perfect style including wedding gown, bridesmaids, evening gowns and accessories Educates customers on general bridal knowledge (including but not limited to fit and fabrications) Drives store and personal sales by suggesting items to meet customer needs Build relationships with brides via consistent communication throughout the entire life of the event Follow up with potential customers interested in our boutique, set appointments Lead customer appointments Maintaining a professional attitude under pressure Upholding all store policies and procedures To Be Considered for this

Position:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be both professional and friendly Ability to build relationships with customers, and solve problems quickly and efficiently Building a relationship of trust and honesty to provide the exceptional experience Dedication and ability to quickly develop strong product knowledge of bridal industry and trends Physical ability to move throughout the store, lift and move up to 20lbs, kneel and stand Ability and willingness to regularly work evenings and weekends. You must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays in order to be considered for this position (hours are subject to change due to business needs Ability to maintain a fashion forward and professional appearance at all time. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to self-manage personal and company achievements Basic computer skills and knowledge Team player with a strong work ethic
