Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Assembly Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical components and systems with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that electro-mechanical components and electrical panels are built to the highest standards, supporting our commitment to quality and innovation. Responsibilities Assemble electrical components and systems using hand tools, power tools, and surface mount technology (SMT) techniques Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately to follow blueprint specifications Build electrical panels by wiring, soldering, and connecting components according to schematics and IPC 610 standards Perform soldering on surface mount devices (SMD) and through-hole components with precision Utilize testing equipment such as ohmmeters to verify electrical continuity and troubleshoot issues during assembly Conduct engineering troubleshooting on electro-mechanical components to resolve assembly or design issues Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality protocols during all phases of assembly and wiring processes Qualifications Proven experience in electronics assembly, electrical wiring, or related manufacturing roles Strong ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams accurately Skilled in soldering techniques for surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole components Familiarity with PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assembly processes and electro-mechanical component handling Experience using hand tools, power tools, and testing instruments such as ohmmeters for assembly verification Knowledge of IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies is highly desirable Ability to follow detailed blueprint specifications and engineering instructions precisely Mechanical assembly skills combined with troubleshooting expertise in electromechanical systems are a plus Join us in creating innovative electrical solutions that power the future!
