Job Description

Electrical Assembler Pay:
$24.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Saturday, 7:00 AM-3:00
PM Hours:
48 hours per week, with overtime after 40 hours Job Summary Savvy Staffing is seeking multiple Electrical Assemblers for a manufacturing company in Franklin, MA. The Electrical Assembler is responsible for assembling and installing electrical components used in industrial equipment and control panels. This is a hands-on manufacturing position requiring attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions, drawings, and established processes. Prior electronic assembly experience is required. Training will be provided on company-specific processes and equipment. Responsibilities Assemble electrical components and parts according to instructions and drawings Install and connect wires, cables, and electrical components Use basic hand tools and assembly equipment Follow schematics, drawings, work instructions, and safety procedures Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy Identify and communicate missing materials, issues, or quality concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work as part of a team to meet production schedules and deadlines Learn new assembly processes, tools, and equipment through hands-on training After training, follow schematics and drawings to build assemblies Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Prior electronic assembly experience required Manufacturing, electrical, construction, or other hands-on experience preferred Comfortable using basic hand tools Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable with good attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work effectively as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks Ability to bend, reach, and work in various positions Ability to use hand tools throughout the workday Ability to lift and move materials as required
Pay:
$24.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 48.0 per week
