This is a hands-on position for individuals with experience performing electrical wiring and working from electrical schematics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with electrical components and wiring in a production or manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform point-to-point wiring of electrical components and control panels. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings . Wire and connect components according to specifications and diagrams. Inspect wiring and connections for accuracy, quality, and proper installation. Troubleshoot wiring issues and identify electrical connection problems. Follow established safety procedures and company guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality. Collaborate with other technicians and production team members as needed. Requirements Must have previous point-to-point wiring experience. Must have experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics. Previous electrical technician, electrical assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
