$24-$28 per hour (based on experience)Schedule:

Whether your experience comes from automotive, commercial electrical, HVAC, controls, heavy equipment, marine, military, manufacturing, or another skilled trade , we'd like to hear from you. We're looking for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in quality workmanship and want to grow their careers in advanced manufacturing. You'll build electrical control panels and subassemblies used in sophisticated capital equipment while working alongside experienced technicians and engineers in a clean, state-of-the-art manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Assemble and wire electrical control panels and subassemblies Perform point-to-point wiring using electrical schematics Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings Install electrical components into enclosures Use hand and power tools to build high-quality products Inspect your work to ensure accuracy and quality Work closely with Engineering and Quality teams Learn new products and support continuous improvement We're Interested inCandidates With Experience In:
Automotive electrical repair or vehicle wiring Industrial or commercial electrical work Electrical panel building HVAC controls or building automation Machine building or equipment assembly Marine, aerospace, or military electrical systems Mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly Robotics, mechatronics, or technical school programs Required Skills Experience reading blueprints, schematics, or wiring diagrams Electrical wiring, crimping, terminating, or cable routing experience Comfortable using hand and power tools Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to troubleshoot basic electrical or mechanical issues Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Transferable Skills We Value You don't need to have built electrical control panels before. If you've worked on any of the following, your experience may transfer well: Automotive wiring harnesses PLC or control cabinet wiring Electrical troubleshooting Equipment installation Wire termination and connector assembly Mechanical assembly Fabrication or machine assembly Preventive maintenance Electrical testing using meters Technical or vocational school training Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of hands-on mechanical, electrical, automotive, or skilled trade experience preferred Technical school, vocational training, or military experience is a plus Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and grow in advanced manufacturing Why Join Us?
