We are seeking experienced Manufacturing Technicians to join a growing production team. This is a hands-on opportunity for candidates with mechanical and/or electrical assembly experience who enjoy building complex products, troubleshooting issues, working with tools, and supporting process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical and electrical assembly and product integration Assemble first article builds, test fixtures, racks, and wiring assemblies Troubleshoot manufacturing products and assist with root cause analysis Perform inspections and identify/document quality issues Read and follow technical drawings, work instructions, and SOPs Use hand tools and small power tools Provide feedback to engineering on tooling, processes, and test setups Support continuous improvement and defect reduction initiatives Maintain accurate production documentation Assist with training and knowledge sharing

Qualifications:

Manufacturing, production, assembly, or technician experience Hands-on mechanical/electrical assembly experience preferred Troubleshooting experience Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to read technical documentation and work instructions Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Experience with manufacturing test processes, ERP systems, fixtures, racks, or working alongside engineering teams is a plus.
