PM Job Type:
Full-Time Micro Tech is currently hiring an experienced Solderer II for a great opportunity in Westborough, MA. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on soldering experience who enjoys detailed electronic assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform electronic assembly operations on components and subassemblies. Solder components and assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) using a soldering iron. Work from written instructions, diagrams, specifications, and work process procedures. Perform detailed assembly work under a lighted magnified lens. Utilize small hand tools, machinery, and production equipment. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous soldering experience required. Experience assembling electronic components or printed circuit boards preferred. Ability to work with small components and perform detailed hand assembly. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions. Comfortable working under magnification for extended periods. Reliable and able to work independently in a production environment.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30
