Auburn Hills, MI Pay Rate:
$20.00 per hour
Schedule Monday-Friday:
6:00 AM - 2:30
PM Breaks:
Two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch Position Summary The Electrical Panel Assembler is an entry-level role responsible for assisting in the layout, assembly, and wiring of electrical panels according to customer specifications and production documentation. This position is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who can work independently while contributing positively to a team-based manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Review build sheets, prints, and production documentation prior to assembly Assemble electrical plates and enclosures based on build preparation instructions Install electrical components, controllers, and related hardware per documentation Wire components using proper color coding, wire gauge, ferrules, cables, tags, and required identification according to prints Assist coworkers as needed to support workflow and maintain a positive team environment Follow all quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Perform additional duties as assigned Required Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to safely and effectively use hand and power tools Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Basic understanding of electrical assembly processes is preferred Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Technical or vocational training is a plus If you are interested, please send an up-to-date resume to rbenton@alinestaffing.com
