About The Job Follow blueprints, schematics, ladder diagrams, and point to point drawings to assemble and wire various electrical parts / products (control panels, operator stations, junction boxes, etc.) Mount and wire electrical components correctly Work with high attention to detail and precision when setting up and handling all electrical components Follow outlined instructions for each project; may include color coding, testing, NEC & UL codes/standards Utilize hand tools, power tools, jigs, and fixtures Become familiar with ERP system Conduct daily audits to ensure continuous improvement activities and the highest quality is consistently met About You High School education or GED Electrical panel building experience within a manufacturing setting Working knowledge of
SCADA/HMI/PLC
related products, as well as their functions Comfortable teaching entry-level associates, working within a group setting, and troubleshooting with engineers Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills Shift & Pay 1st
