We are looking for a hands-on Electrical Panel & Controls Assembler to build and wire electrical control panels and components used in our custom equipment. Responsibilities Assemble and wire electrical control panels and subassemblies from schematics and prints. Install components such as relays, breakers, terminal blocks, power supplies, sensors, and switches. Perform wire stripping, crimping, labeling, and soldering as needed. Conduct basic electrical testing and troubleshoot wiring issues. Maintain accurate material usage and report shortages. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Assist in other production areas as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of electrical assembly, industrial wiring, or control panel building experience. Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Experience using hand tools and electrical assembly tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment. Physical Requirements Stand for 8-10 hours per day. Lift up to 50 lbs. Perform repetitive hand and arm movements. Why Join TAP?
