Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex electronic and mechanical components with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to detailed blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings to ensure accurate assembly processes. Use hand tools, soldering equipment, surface mount technology (SMT) tools, and other specialized machinery to assemble PCB (Printed Circuit Boards), electrical panels, and electro-mechanical assemblies. Follow blueprint specifications and IPC 610 standards for electronics assembly and electrical wiring. Conduct quality checks during assembly using tools such as ohmmeters to verify electrical connections and component integrity. Troubleshoot assembly issues by referencing electrical schematics and schematics, applying engineering troubleshooting techniques as needed. Maintain a clean, organized work area while adhering to safety protocols related to machining, soldering, and electrical assembly processes. Skills Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately. Proficiency in electronics assembly including PCB soldering, surface mount technology (SMT), and electrical wiring. Experience with electrical panel building, mechanical assembly, and electro-mechanical component integration. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and their role in automation systems. Skilled in using hand tools, soldering irons, ohmmeters, and other electronic testing equipment. Knowledge of IPC 610 standards for electronics assembly quality requirements. Ability to follow detailed blueprint specifications while maintaining high standards of precision and safety.
