  • ? What You'll Do
  • ✅ Assemble electronic sensors, circuit boards, and related components by following detailed work instructions and specifications ✅ Perform
  • surface-mount (SMT)
  • and
  • through-hole soldering
  • using industry-standard tools and techniques ✅ Wire, cable, and connect electronic assemblies according to blueprints, schematics, and engineering documentation ✅ Complete mechanical assembly of finished products, ensuring proper fit, function, and quality ✅ Use microscopes to perform precision soldering and inspection of small electronic components ✅ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and assembly instructions with accuracy ✅ Navigate computer-based work instructions and production documentation ✅ Safely operate hand tools and assembly equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment ✅ Inspect your work, identify defects, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the assembly process ✅ Cross-train in testing and additional assembly areas to expand your skills and support production needs ✅ Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals and customer delivery commitments •?

    • Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Throughout the day, you'll use microscopes, soldering equipment, hand tools, and computer-based work instructions to complete both electronic and mechanical assemblies.

    • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, MN.
    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $18.
    00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
