The Control Panel Assembler works from schematics and blueprints in a manufacturing shop environment. This is a full-time, hands-on role ideal for a detail-driven Electrical Panel Assembler or wiring technician. What We Offer Hourly pay of $22.00-$24.00, based on experience Full-time schedule with consistent hours Standard benefits package: medical, dental, vision, and paid time off On-the-job training on panel build standards and shop processes Stable, team-oriented manufacturing environment Key Responsibilities - Control Panel Assembler Assemble electrical control panels and enclosures from schematics, blueprints, and written work instructions. Mount relays, circuit breakers, terminal blocks, and wiring harnesses to spec. Perform point-to-point wiring and cable routing inside control panel boxes. Use hand and power tools to secure and terminate components. Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and compliance with engineering drawings. Test finished panels for proper operation and troubleshoot basic electrical issues using a multimeter and standard diagnostic tools. Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures and shop guidelines. Qualifications - Control Panel Assembler High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and general assembly processes. Basic working knowledge of electrical systems, low-voltage wiring, and terminal connections. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and on a small team. Preferred Qualifications - Electrical Panel Assembler Prior experience as an Electrical Panel Assembler, Panel Builder, or industrial wiring technician. Familiarity with UL 508A panel build standards and NEC Article 409 (BLS; O•NET). Soldering, crimping, and torque-tool experience on control wiring. Exposure to PLC-driven systems, motor starters, and relay logic. Technical certificate or trade school coursework in electrical or electro-mechanical assembly. Physical Requirements - Control Panel Assembler Stand, bend, and reach for extended periods across a full shift. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for small-component wiring and terminations. Visual acuity sufficient to read schematics, color-coded wires, and small labels. Work in a shop/manufacturing setting with light industrial noise, tools, and energized components. #HP
