Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift, 7a-3:30p, Monday - Friday . In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electronic and mechanical components with precision and efficiency, ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications. Your expertise will contribute to the production of high-quality electro-mechanical devices, supporting our commitment to innovation and excellence. Duties Assemble electrical and mechanical components following detailed blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings to accurately build assemblies Use hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and surface mount technology (SMT) techniques to complete assemblies Build electrical panels, wire circuits, and perform surface mount component placement on circuit boards (PCB) Conduct electrical testing using ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools to verify circuit integrity and troubleshoot issues Follow IPC 610 standards for electronic assembly quality control and ensure compliance with industry best practices Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot electro-mechanical components and resolve assembly challenges efficiently Requirements Proven experience in electronics assembly, electrical wiring, or mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams Familiarity with PCB assembly processes, surface mount technology (SMT), and soldering techniques Knowledge of electrical panel building, schematic reading, and wiring practices Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and testing instruments such as ohmmeters Ability to follow blueprint specifications accurately while maintaining high-quality standards Understanding of IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies is preferred Experience with engineering troubleshooting of electro-mechanical components is a plus Join us in creating innovative products by assembling high-quality electronic systems!
