Position Overview This assembly-focused manufacturing role entails building complete mechanical and electrical systems to exact specifications, ensuring every component meets rigorous quality and performance criteria in a collaborative production setting. Core Responsibilities
  • Assembling structural frames, electrical wiring harnesses, and power-distribution components following detailed engineering instructions and diagrams.
  • Operating drills, impact tools, grinders, and precision hand tools while referencing blueprints, wiring schematics, and work orders.
  • Connecting color-coded conductors and verifying completed assemblies against provided documentation for dimensional and functional accuracy.
  • Performing comprehensive visual and physical inspections to confirm product conformance and promptly reporting any deviations.
  • Actively supporting 5S workplace organization, continuous improvement projects, and inter-departmental collaboration regarding design or production challenges.
Position Requirements 1-3 years of mechanical or electrical assembly experience preferred; demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments. Strong mechanical aptitude, tool proficiency, and commitment to quality are essential. High-school diploma or equivalent required. Forklift and overhead crane certification (training provided) is mandatory. Physical Demands and Work Environment Regular standing, heavy lifting, overhead reaching, and exposure to mechanical parts in a moderate-noise shop environment. Reasonable accommodations available.
