Position Overview This assembly-focused manufacturing role entails building complete mechanical and electrical systems to exact specifications, ensuring every component meets rigorous quality and performance criteria in a collaborative production setting. Core Responsibilities

• Assembling structural frames, electrical wiring harnesses, and power-distribution components following detailed engineering instructions and diagrams.
• Operating drills, impact tools, grinders, and precision hand tools while referencing blueprints, wiring schematics, and work orders.
• Connecting color-coded conductors and verifying completed assemblies against provided documentation for dimensional and functional accuracy.
• Performing comprehensive visual and physical inspections to confirm product conformance and promptly reporting any deviations.
• Actively supporting 5S workplace organization, continuous improvement projects, and inter-departmental collaboration regarding design or production challenges.

Position Requirements 1-3 years of mechanical or electrical assembly experience preferred; demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments. Strong mechanical aptitude, tool proficiency, and commitment to quality are essential. High-school diploma or equivalent required. Forklift and overhead crane certification (training provided) is mandatory.
