Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:45 PM with Overtime as needed. Kimco Staffing is hiring an experienced Assembly Technician II for a manufacturing facility in Henderson. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on electrical and mechanical assembly experience who can troubleshoot, test, and work independently. Responsibilities Perform electrical and mechanical assembly of machinery, generators, compressors, and related equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and work instructions . Cut, strip, crimp, and install wiring and wire harnesses. Use hand tools, power tools, multimeters, voltage meters, and other testing equipment. Troubleshoot electrical and assembly issues. Perform quality inspections and basic repairs. Complete production and quality documentation. Assist with inventory, staging, and material needs. Help train new technicians and maintain a clean, organized work area. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2+ years of electrical/mechanical assembly experience. Manufacturing or technical environment experience preferred. Strong understanding of electrical diagrams and schematics. Experience using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment. Proficient with hand and power tools. Experience with wiring, crimping, cutting, stripping, and heat-shrink. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Must adapt to varying temperature conditions in the workplace. •
