Job Description
Simtech is an international digital display company, specializing in casino gaming and commercial advertising displays. With headquarters based on the Gold Coast Australia, and additional locations in Las Vegas, Macau, Singapore and mainland China, we strive to continually innovate our processes and produce the world's most superior digital displays. This position will be based at our Las Vegas location. We are looking for a motivated, reliable, long-term employee that will want to grow and develop within the company to join our team as Assembly Worker.
Responsibilities will include:
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to build/assemble complete displays and sub-assemblies
- Following work orders, work instructions, and company procedures to assembly complete displays and sub-assemblies
- Inspection and testing of units prior to shipping to customers, ensuring documentation is completed per procedures
- Clearly communicate and provide up to date progress with your
Manager Minimum Experience and Skills:
- Manual dexterity
- knowledge in handling both hand and power tools
- Basic electrical and A/V understanding
- Computer literate
- basic IT and computer software understanding (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email)
- Ability to read technical drawings
- High quality of workmanship and attention to detail in a fast paced environment
- Ability to interpret and follow schedules and job paperwork
- Good communication skills
- Must be enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Be reliable and punctual
- Be able to work in a team-based environment Minimum Education /
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing / electronic assembly experience or other specialized training desired
- Troubleshooting / field service support experience desired
