Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a Microscope Assembly Technician to perform precision electronic and electromechanical assembly for production, developmental, and prototype applications. The role requires excellent microscope-based assembly skills, visual acuity, and precise hand-eye coordination when working with miniature components. Key Responsibilities Perform precision electronic and electromechanical assembly using microscopes. Assemble miniature components and precision devices with a high level of accuracy. Perform modifications, rework, repairs, and quality testing as required. Work from available documentation and guidance, including situations where requirements may be limited. Collaborate with Manufacturing and Development Engineering teams. Adapt to variations and inconsistencies in detailed parts and assemblies. Maintain high standards of workmanship, accuracy, and attention to detail. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in precision assembly, electronics assembly, or similar hands-on work. Hands-on experience using a microscope for assembly or rework. Excellent visual acuity and hand-eye coordination. Experience working with miniature precision components and devices. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform highly precise work. Ability to adapt to changing part conditions and detailed component variations. Preferred Qualifications Experience in one or more of the following areas: SMT assembly, rework, or repair, PCB assembly and rework, medical device assembly, Jewelry making, Watch repair, ISO or cleanroom manufacturing environments
