This role is ideal for someone with basic to intermediate electrical knowledge who is comfortable using hand tools, reading simple electrical diagrams, and working with wiring, conduit, and control panels. Responsibilities Install and wire electrical components, panels, and equipment Read and follow basic electrical drawings and schematics Run and bend conduit as needed Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues and making repairs Use electrical hand tools and testing equipment safely Help maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and electrical standards Work with production and engineering teams to complete projects on schedule Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Basic electrical knowledge or previous electrical experience required Experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments is a plus Ability to read basic electrical schematics and blueprints Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment Experience with control panels, motors, or PLCs is helpful but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Pay & Schedule Competitive pay based on experience Full-time opportunity Overtime may be available based on production nee
