• What You'll Do Assemble electrical components and complete complex wiring layouts Lay out and install components based on design specifications Route and terminate cable harnesses inside electrical cabinets Perform hand wiring and panel wiring using schematics Verify continuity and troubleshoot electrical panels using a multimeter Use hand tools: crimpers, cutters, torque tools, wire strippers, screwdrivers, etc.

Fasten components with screws, bolts, rivets, and various hardware Communicate with engineers on design clarifications or corrections Update assembly/test data in shop folders Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S standards Perform overtime as needed What You Bring Strong electrical assembly or panel wiring experience Ability to read/interpret electrical schematics Skilled with hand tools and wiring tools Solid troubleshooting and continuity‑testing skills High attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards Why You'll Love It Consistent 1st‑shift hours Competitive pay at $24/hr Clean, organized work environment Work closely with engineering and learn advanced electrical builds Contract‑to‑hire with long‑term growth opportunities Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Mason, OH.
