m., OT on some Fridays and Saturdays This is a temporary position till January with potential for temp-to-hire. Full Job Description Our client is looking for Electrical Panel Assemblers to join their manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position assembling and wiring electrical panels and boxes used in pump systems distributed around the world. Previous manufacturing or electrical assembly experience is preferred, but our client is willing to train the right person. At least one of the openings will ideally be filled by someone with prior experience reading electrical schematics.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret electrical schematics Assemble and wire electrical panels and boxes Use hand and power tools including drills, screwdrivers, wire strippers, crimpers, and punches Cut and prepare openings in electrical panels Mount and connect electrical components and wiring Bend, route, and organize electrical wiring Assist with testing and troubleshooting completed panels Follow safety and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing, assembly, mechanical, or electrical experience preferred Experience reading electrical schematics is a plus Comfortable using hand and power tools Good mechanical or electrical aptitude Able to use basic measurements and math Reliable attendance and a good attitude Able to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on assembly work

$18 to $22 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday; 5:00 a.m
