Job Description

NW Industrial Staffing is currently seeking an Wiring Technician for an automotive manufacturer that supplies vehicles for emergency management services. This is an exciting new opportunity in Creswell for individuals who enjoy problem solving, building, and have worked in the automotive industry or similar industry where documentation is a key component to success.
What we are seeking:
2+ years of experience in working in an electrical assembly capacity, connecting harnesses, relays, and electrical panels. Ability to read electrical blueprints and assembly drawings. Previous experience in automotive wiring, electrical assembly, or manufacturing preferred Experience regularly conducting inspections on assemblies looking for defects or issues. Use hand tools, power tools, crimpers, wire strippers, multimeters, and testing equipment safely and effectively Work well with a team to troubleshoot defects in product in an assembly line atmosphere. Can lift 50 lbs. on a semi-consistent basis to load components onto the line and then pack assemblies into storage containers. Great Record keeping ability both electronically and manually for production time, quality testing, materials utilized, and maintenance required. Previous experience in following safety guidelines in a manufacturing environment, including the proper use of PPE. Can stand, stoop, sit, bend, push and pull for an 8-to-10-hour shift. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Great attitude, work ethic and teamwork.

Pay:
