Wiring Assembler Pay Rate:
$22/hr while you train on 1st , then $23 once you go to 2nd shift
Shift:
2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 2:30 pm•11:30 pm (Overtime available; initial training on 1st shift)

Key Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical assembly and basic wiring tasks (excludes wiring harnesses) in a production setting Use hand and power tools to assemble, build, and wire components according to detailed instructions Accurately read and follow assembly diagrams and work instructions Collaborate with the team and report to the Production Supervisor to meet production goals Safely lift up to 50 lbs and maintain an organized workspace
Qualifications:
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on assembly skills Ability to follow instructions with accuracy and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to scheduled hours and required overtime (currently 10-12 hour shifts) Capable of safely lifting up to 50 lbs and working extended shifts when needed Experience using basic hand and power tools in an industrial or production environment preferred, but not required Ready to advance your career in a dynamic environment?
