Job Description

Job title: Electric UTV Assembler / Builder Full job description Trail Buggy® is looking for a motivated, hard-working, detail-oriented Electric UTV Assembler / Builder to join our production team. In this role, you'll assemble purpose-built electric hunting vehicles (UTV-class) — our Buggies — and help make sure each one meets our quality and performance standards before it goes out. No blueprint reading required. We provide hands-on training and clear assembly procedures. We're looking for someone who likes working with their hands, takes pride in solid workmanship, and wants to learn. Key Responsibilities Assemble Trail Buggy® electric hunting vehicles from chassis to completed Buggy Install mechanical and electrical components, including body panels, steering, wiring, batteries, seats, roofs, and accessories Safely use hand and power tools throughout the build Follow hands-on training and standard assembly procedures Run basic operational checks for fit, function, and performance Work with the production team to meet daily build goals Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Dependable, punctual, and works well on a team Ability to lift up to 60 lbs Willing to learn and follow assembly procedures Preferred Qualifications Experience assembling vehicles, UTVs, ATVs, motorcycles, powersports equipment, or similar Experience with mechanical assembly, automotive repair, or manufacturing Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring is a plus Why Trail Buggy®?
