Follow oral and written work instructions or read CAD drawings to understand units of measure and determine materials needed. Use close vision to install components such as PC boards, wire harnesses, rubber isolation grommets, c-clips, distance washers, and ball bearings. Lift or move up to 25 pounds, have familiarity with small hand tools and use color vision to select wires of specified color, marking, or length. Perform basic math skills to complete stock transit ticket to transfer material. Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listen and get clarification and respond well to questions. Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, look for ways to improve and promote quality, apply feedback to improve performance and monitor one's own work to ensure quality. Attain piece rate productivity standards, complete work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Perform all other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Minimum of 3 months relevant work experience High School Diploma or equivalent Basic math and reading skills Ability to use basic hand tools Able to lift up to 50 lbs Capable of standing for full shift and performing physical movements (bending, kneeling, reaching, etc.) Strong communication and teamwork skills Good hand dexterity Ready to start your career in manufacturing? to join our growing team!
