Follow oral and written work instructions or read CAD drawings to understand units of measure and determine materials needed. Use close vision to install components such as PC boards, wire harnesses, rubber isolation grommets, c-clips, distance washers, and ball bearings. Lift or move up to 25 pounds, have familiarity with small hand tools and use color vision to select wires of specified color, marking, or length. Perform basic math skills to complete stock transit ticket to transfer material. Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listen and get clarification and respond well to questions. Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, look for ways to improve and promote quality, apply feedback to improve performance and monitor one's own work to ensure quality. Attain piece rate productivity standards, complete work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Perform all other duties as assigned.
