Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00

PM Overtime:

Required as needed

• Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Electrical Assembly Technician to join our production team.

This position reports directly to the Production Supervisor and plays a key role in helping achieve daily production goals while following established systems, processes, and safety procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical wiring, circuit breaker assembly, panel wiring, and the use of hand and power tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should be comfortable reading technical diagrams, wiring schematics, and assembly instructions. Responsibilities Assemble semi-finished and finished electrical products, systems, circuit breakers, and control panels Perform wiring and electrical component installation according to specifications Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices safely and accurately Operate machinery and equipment on the production floor Conduct daily quality inspections and electrical testing during production Troubleshoot minor assembly and wiring issues as needed Package completed products according to production requirements Follow all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work environment Support daily production goals and team objectives Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 6 months of manufacturing, electrical assembly, or warehouse experience required Experience with circuit breaker wiring, panel assembly, or electrical components preferred Basic computer skills required Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Preferred Qualifications Technical certification Experience using electrical hand tools and measuring devices Electrical assembly or low-voltage wiring experience HVAC experience Welding experience Carpentry experience Experience assembling or wiring circuit breakers, electrical panels, or switchgear
