This role operates on a 1st shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with occasional weekend availability required. As an Electronics Assembler, you will focus on the construction, evaluation, and diagnostic testing of electronic devices. Your daily tasks will include managing printed circuit boards, recognizing various components, and upholding strict quality benchmarks. Success in this position requires proficiency with hand tools and microscopes, alongside a commitment to adhering to precise assembly protocols. Core Duties Construct various product lines by utilizing the necessary fixtures and specialized equipment. Execute functional testing to ensure that all finished goods operate as intended. Diagnose and rectify any complications that arise during the assembly or testing phases to improve production flow. Analyze and translate technical blueprints and schematic designs into finished products. Recognize electronic parts to ensure the integrity of the final assembly. Utilize manual tools and specific rework methods to refine the assembly process. Manage assembly machinery while ensuring that mechanical components remain within specified tolerances. Keep precise documentation of labor activities for every transaction performed. Apply manufacturing system methodologies to assist in ongoing operational enhancements.
Qualifications Professional Background:
A minimum of two to three years of relevant assembly experience.
Educational Background:
Completion of High School or possession of a GED.
Communication:
Must be proficient in the English language.
Preferred Credentials:
Possession of an IPC-610 certification is highly desirable. Technical Competencies Proficiency in soldering and the assembly of Printed Circuit Boards.
