Electronic Assembler - $18/hr | First Shift (Mon-Fri)

Taylor, TX Pay:

- Assembling precision electronic components and circuit boards using hand tools and small power tools
- Reading and following detailed schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions
- Conducting quality checks and inspecting finished assemblies to catch defects early
- Performing basic testing to ensure all electronic devices meet performance standards
- Maintaining neat production logs and keeping your workspace clean and organized
- Working collaboratively with your supervisors and team to hit daily production goals
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required)
- Previous experience in electronic assembly or manufacturing is preferred (though strong hands-on aptitude is a major plus!)
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and comfort working with small parts
- Ability to read assembly diagrams or a strong willingness to learn technical instructions
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 30 lbs
