Control Panel Technician Location:
Ruther Glen, VA Pay:
$23/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 1st
Shift Job Type:
Contract-to-Hire A growing industrial company in the Ruther Glen area is looking for Control Panel Technicians to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. We are looking for hands-on individuals with electrical experience who can read blueprints and schematics and are comfortable working with wiring, panel fabrication, and electrical components. What You'll Do Fabricate and assemble electrical control panels Wire control panels and electrical components Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints Perform hands-on assembly and wiring work Use basic electrical tools and equipment Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality Work as part of a team to complete panel builds on schedule What We're Looking For Previous electrical, electrical assembly, wiring, or hands-on technical experience Ability to read and understand blueprints and electrical schematics Comfortable working with hand tools and electrical components Strong attention to detail Reliable and willing to learn Manufacturing or control panel experience is a plus, but not required Schedule & Pay $23/hour Monday-Thursday 1st Shift Contract-to-Hire opportunity Opportunity for long-term employment based on performance Interview Process The interview process is straightforward and conducted virtually .
