This hands-on role is responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems used in EMT's finishing equipment. You'll work closely with engineering, machining, and production teams to build high-quality custom equipment and support on-time delivery to customers. What You'll Do Assemble electro-mechanical components, subassemblies, and finishing equipment from drawings and work instructions Perform electrical wiring, cable routing, and panel assembly Install and connect pneumatic and mechanical components Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and assembly documentation Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and functionality standards are met Troubleshoot and resolve assembly and wiring issues Safely use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment Collaborate with engineering and production teams on continuous improvement initiatives Assist with machine testing, setup, and final preparation for shipment when needed What We're Looking For Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Experience with electrical wiring, pneumatic systems, and mechanical assembly preferred 2+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred Technical degree, certification, or related manufacturing experience preferred Basic computer skills preferred Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Epicor, SAP, or Oracle is a plus PI9cd3ae743d9c-25404-40669506
