Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented installer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications. Your expertise will contribute directly to the production of high-quality off road vehicles. Duties Interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide assembly processes Use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial tools to assemble mechanical components accurately Measure parts with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other gauges to ensure proper fit and function Fabricate, modify, or repair parts through machining, welding, soldering, or fabrication techniques as needed Follow safety protocols by properly using personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to manual handling procedures Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment when required for material handling or component movement Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments and mechanical blueprint interpretation to verify assembly accuracy Qualifications Proven experience in mechanical assembly within manufacturing or industrial environments Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and mechanical blueprint comprehension Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately Familiarity with machining processes and fabrication techniques is a plus Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail for precise assembly work Join our team and become part of a vibrant workplace where your skills drive off road innovation!
